Cooking Steps
Blend the almond butter and dates together for a bit.
Add the flax seed, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and coconut oil and blend some more.
Put the whole mushy mess into a ziplock freezer bag and flatten as much as poss, as square as poss.
Put in freezer.
Take out of freezer and put in fridge. Then slice!

Awesome. All my Crossfit friends loved them. I even took them to a recipe night for my chiropractor (who is a Maximized Living chiro) and they have any eating plan similar to paleo. Everyone was asking me about them. Quick, Easy and very yummy. Thanks:)
These were great! It didn’t say what kind of dates to use so I used medjool dates and only used 6 instead of 10 since they are bigger. Other than that I followed the recipe and they turned out to be a very satisfying snack. Very good!
