77 Seed Bars

Cooking Steps

Blend the almond butter and dates together for a bit.

Add the flax seed, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and coconut oil and blend some more.

Put the whole mushy mess into a ziplock freezer bag and flatten as much as poss, as square as poss.

Put in freezer.

Take out of freezer and put in fridge. Then slice!

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of almond butter (ground up blanched almonds)
  • 10 dates (pitted, obviously)
  • 100 grams of salted sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of flax seed
  • 5 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil

  2. Awesome. All my Crossfit friends loved them. I even took them to a recipe night for my chiropractor (who is a Maximized Living chiro) and they have any eating plan similar to paleo. Everyone was asking me about them. Quick, Easy and very yummy. Thanks:)

  3. These were great! It didn’t say what kind of dates to use so I used medjool dates and only used 6 instead of 10 since they are bigger. Other than that I followed the recipe and they turned out to be a very satisfying snack. Very good!
