Alfredo Sauce {Primal Style}

Added on January 19th, 2012 by our friend '>

Cooking Steps

This is how you make REAL Alfredo sauce, the same way they make it in Italy! We serve this sauce over grilled chicken and broccoli, or make zucchini noodles instead of grain pasta. And please, keep the ingredients grass-fed and raw!

Melt butter on low. Take off heat and add in cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Replace the pan and stir until the sauce is smooth, without letting it come to a boil.

  6. As far as making it primal… You have to use grass-fed butter, and I used pasture raised heavy cream. As far as the cheese I used fresh.
