  1. I have to say these are super yummy!!! I would recommend you flatten them a little before you bake to make them a bit crisper. My 6 yr old daughter loves them so I would say these are a HIT!!!

  3. How many calories each have?

  4. I thought these were disappointing. They did not get crispy, even after I followed a previous suggestion to flatten them and the taste was just OK. I don’t think I’m a big almond flour fan though. My husband liked them.

  5. Just took these out of the oven and even though it says to let stand for 30 minutes to set I had to taste one…..YUMMY!!! I tasted coconut, banana and almond butter! I am going to wait the 30 minutes to try the next one but I would say this recipe is a winner!

  6. I also like these cookies. They are more like the texture of cake but have a good flavor. I will try to flatten them next time I make them because they do not spread out.

  8. I put melted coconut butter on top of these for a little extra sweetness.
