Apple Cinnamon Muffins
Cooking Steps
Preheat oven to 175 degree Celc.
Add dry ingredients (almond, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt) to a large mixing bowl and mix together.
Add the wet ingredients (eggs, coconut oil, honey and diced apples) and mix thoroughly.
Place muffin liners in the muffin trays and scoop batter into the muffin cups.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Use a skewer and poke through the muffin. If it comes out clean, let ii cool.

Fahrenheit conversion is 350. 25 minutes was plenty of time. The muffin liners will be very full as the batter doesn’t rise much.

Nasty, won’t be making these again!
I added a handful of shredded coconut and 1/2 tbs more of the raw agave. Unbelievably delicious!
