I've been eating paleo for about two years now and not only does the diet change help with managing arthritis pain, but I feel better all around! My blog focuses more on recipes for catering to that sweet tooth that many of us have, but I have recipes for meals, snacks and a few non-paleo options as well. My goal is to do my best to stay in the realm of paleo-ness while still enjoying all that life (and food!) has to offer!
