Cooking Instructions

Grease muffin tins with some butter or oil
Heat oven to 200 degree C, 375 F.
Place all dry ingredients in a bowl
In another bowl add avocado, oil and honey, use a stick whiz or blender to mash and mix up avocado. Beat until smooth.
Add the mixture into dry ingredients.
Add in mashed bananas and coconut milk, and stir until combined.
Pour mix into muffin tins, enough for 12 and bake for 12-15 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.

  • 1/3 cup crushed nuts - I used almonds
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1-2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 rip avocado, 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey, 1/4 cup coconut milk

  1. The instructions refer to adding coconut milk, but there is no coconut milk listed in the ingredients.

  2. I went over to the originating site and found out how much coconut milk to add:

    1/4 cup coconut milk

  3. I believe on the last part of the ingredient it asked for 1/4 cup coconut cream, but it was meant for coconut milk

  4. Is there anothe roil you can use besides avacado oil?

  5. The eggs are not mentioned in the methond. And you need a lot more than a 1/4 cup of coconut milk.
