Baby Arugula Salad with Dried Cherries and Figs

Cooking Steps

Arrange a heaping amount of baby arugula on a plate. Top with cherries, figs, golden raisins and pine nuts. Drizzle a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Add pepper (freshly ground is nice for this) to taste.

  • 5 oz baby arugula
  • 1/2 cup - dried tart cherries
  • 1/2 cup - golden raisins
  • 4 dried figs - cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup - pine nuts
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper
