“Bacon Wrapped Chicken Stuffed Jalepeno’s” – Half the Jalepeno’s, Scoop out seeds- Stuff with cooked chicken, Wrap with 1/2 slice uncooked (unprocessed, nitrate free) bacon, secure with toothpick and either grill or broil in the oven till bacon is crispy!

  3. These are really good with shrimp too. If you are cooking them on the grill, I recommend cooking the bacon about half way first. Then wrapping and grilling. If not you will have to grill them too long to get the bacon fully cooked.
