Cooking Steps

Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 350 F/180 C and line a baking tray with some baking paper, or grease with some coconut oil/butter.
Mash up banana and use a sharp knife to shred some dark chocolate.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Use a spoon to make small balls and place on baking tray. Then with a fork press down.
I like them quite chunky, so I didn’t squash to low.
Place in oven and cook for approx 20 minutes or until golden.

  1. Great recipe! I tried them and they are excellent.

  2. These were really good! I cooked them a bit longer, for 30 mins

  3. These were great! I made them exactly as directed and was quite impressed. Thanks!

  4. Lovely flavour but texture is more cake like so I
prefer to make them as muffins. I also add raw cocoa.

  5. I tried this recipe, and it was quick and super easy! I just worked an extra long shift, and I was needing something chocolatey or I was going to cry. They came out beautifully and the texture was perfect. My batch only took about 10 minutes to bake because my oven from hell is out to get me, but these cookies were a hit with the family too :) Also, I added about 1/2 tsp of vanilla just for giggles, and I’m very pleased. I did something right today!!
