Blueberry Venison Breakfast Bowl

Cooking Steps

In a large pan, melt 2 tbsp of bacon fat over medium heat. Brown 1lb of ground venison in the bacon fat and season with rosemary and sea salt. Serve with fresh blueberries and roasted almonds.

  • 1-2 tbsp bacon fat
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 6oz roasted almonds
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Sea salt

  2. I used 80/20 ground beef in place of venison but the meat needed more seasonings than just rosemary. Overall, a good breakfast though. Almost like a paleo version of cereal.
