Directions
1. Simmer for 10 minutes, water and spices.
2. Add coconut milk and simmer for 10 additional minutes.
3. Strain tea and spices through a fine mesh sieve into a glass pyrex measuring cup.
4. Finally stir in vanilla extract and stevia.
5. Pour into two mugs, garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and enjoy!

The whole cinnamon stick, whole clove and whole cardamom is KEY. The dried, ground spices in the jar do not taste the same. Also, fresh ginger is totally better than powdered ginger here. Thanks for the great recipe!
