Just made this tonight! It was very good, and I look forward to making it again with a few tweaks. I should have used all 6oz of cheese (or something else to make the hamburger more moist), and I should have rolled it as described. I rolled it along the straight edge of the bacon weave, but when the bacon on the bottom of the roll didn’t cook, and the cheese oozed out of the ends, I figured out why the directions say to go on the diagonal! It was still delicious, the kids loved it, and we ate it all up!

  3. Yes this was amazing! Very easy to do and so so yummy!!
