Cheesy unPotato Salad

Cooking Steps

Peel and BOIL The TARO root until soft to stick fork through.
Drain in colander.
Add to small bowl, mash til your :)
add Greek Yogurt, salt, spices and add farmers Cheese last (IMO) then top w/ Parsley.

Perfect for PWO meal or anytime you need Starch and don’t want Potatoes :)

  • Taro Root (6oz)
  • 3 1/2 Oz Farmers Cheese
  • 3 1/2 oz Greek Yogurt Plain
  • Parsley
  • Sea Salt
  • Dill Weed
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Black Pepper
