Cooking Steps
Peel and BOIL The TARO root until soft to stick fork through.
Drain in colander.
Add to small bowl, mash til your ![]()
add Greek Yogurt, salt, spices and add farmers Cheese last (IMO) then top w/ Parsley.
Perfect for PWO meal or anytime you need Starch and don’t want Potatoes ![]()
