this were so easy to make and so delicious!
i left the shredded coconut out and the maple syrup and added chocolate chips and it was a win – win situation!
the second batch I made i top it off with a touch of caramel and sprinkle some sea salt.

  2. These were delicious! Next time I will add finely chopped walnuts. The only negative is that the dough was extremely sticky making it very difficult to handle. Certainly worth it though!

  3. I made these last night, minus the coconut and they were awesome! Great job on the recipe!

  4. Very nice, but will add some chopped nuts next time. Whole family liked them.
