Cinnamon Cranberry Applesauce {Lacto-fermented}

Added on November 28th, 2012 by our friend from http://raiasrecipes.blogspot.com

Cooking Steps

Wash an quarter (or eighth) apples. Wash cranberries. Place in a blender and blend until thick and as chunky or smooth as you want it. Add everything else and pulse to combine. Pour into a 1-quart jar, making sure there is at least 1 inch from the rim. Cover tightly with lid and let set for 2-3 days. Store in fridge. Note: If you are dairy free or don’t care about/want the added health benefits of the lacto-fermentation, omit the whey and eat it as is. It will still taste great. :)
