Cooking Steps

In a sauce pan, simmer OJ, lemon & lime juices for 4 minutes. Whisk in balsamc vinegar, red chile, shallots, mint, OJ & Lemon zest, dijon mustard, salt & pepper. Whisking continuously, slowly add EVOO. Serve as salad dressing or use as a marinade.

  • 1/2 C of fresh squeezed OJ
  • 1/4 C of Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp of White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Minced Red Chile
  • 1 Large Shallot, Minced
  • Chopped Mint
  • 1/2 tsp of grated OJ & Lemon zest
  • 1 tsp of Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 C of EVOO
