  1. Can’t wait to try this! Thank you…I’m always looking for recipes that use coconut flour! One question though…the instructions say “coconut milk” and the ingredients say “coconut cream”…which is it? Perhaps you mean full cream coconut milk? Coconut cream is what some people call coconut butter…so i wanted to be sure!
    Thanks again!!

  2. Great, the recipe I was waiting for! Will try it soon. And thanks for sharing all these recipes.

  3. The 1st question above is a good one, AND the ingredients list apple cider and the instructions call for vinegar. Did you mean apple cider vinegar?

  4. PLEASE give calories and portion size!!!!!

  5. I just made this and it is really good! One of the best bread recipes I have tried. I can see this as a base for some berries for desert too. I used full fat coconut milk from can and scooped off the top layer for mine. I also subbed agave for honey and tripled the amount of baking powder instead of soda. Thanks for the recipe!

  6. I tried this in a bread machine and it worked beautifully, however to get the nice loaf shape I would use a regular bread pan and bake in the over in the future. Alternatively I cold double the recipe for the bread machine, which would make a fuller loaf.

Can anyone provide the nutrition information per serving for this bread? I have family members with special dietary needs and this info would be most helpful

    thanks!

  7. I am a diabetic, can I substitute the honey for splenda or agave? Also, how many Carbs is this bread, what is a serving and how many calories?

  8. The honey in the bread bumps up the carbs. I did he calculations and it comes out to 170 cals per slice, yields 12 servings. also 4.4 grams of fiber, almost 20 grams of carbs and 13 grams of sugar. Bread came out great. I used baking powder vice soda and used 3/4cup of unsweetened coconut shreds. Bread would be great for a post run/bike fuel.
