Creamy Green Goddess Chicken and Broccoli
Cooking Steps
Pour a little olive oil in a frying pan, saute broccoli and squash until tender. Remove from heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper then brown. Mix vegetables and chicken together.
Creamy Goddess sauce
In a food processor combine avocado, garlic, coconut milk and salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Combine the green creamy sauce with the chicken and vegetables.

How do I add this to my favorites? Help please:)
This was very good. I made only a few minor changes. I roasted the broccoli with come cauliflower (we LOVE roasted veggies) and sauteed the chicken breast in coconut oil. I also added the garlic to the chicken while it was cooking rather than the sauce to bring a nice mellow garlic flavor to the dish and then put the sauce into the pan and spooned it over the chicken. All in all a very yummy and flavorful dish. I think next time I’ll try adding a handful of cilantro to the sauce in the blender.
I didn’t like this at all…it had a really funky flavor that I tried desperately to mask.
