Creamy Sweet Jalapeno
Allow Cream cheese to softened at room temp.
Mix maple syrup with cream cheese, set aside.
Slice a thin V in pepper and scoop out most seeds (leave em in if you like it hot).
Stuff pepper with cream cheese mixture.
Freeze for about 10 minutes.
Melt chocolate. 70% Lindt works but any good quality dark chocolate.
Remove peppers from freezer.
Dip in chocolate (if you dare) or use a clean paint brush.
Freeze for 5 minutes and then refrigerate.
