  1. This is the homemade mayo recipe I used for this. It works great. I just used a room-temp egg, whipped it up real fast! http://www.theclothesmakethegirl.com/2010/06/03/the-secret-to-homemade-mayo-patience/

  2. Any suggestions on how to thicken it up a little? Thanks!

  3. Hmmm, how thick do you want it? Mine was originally pretty thick (like mayo) and I added water to make it more of a “dressing.” Or are you talking about thickening up the mayo? If so, make sure you are adding the oil SLOWLY, or it won’t set right. Is that what you were asking?

  4. Is this to use immediately or can it keep in the refrigerator for a week like the mayo?
