Decadent Chocolate Pudding

Added on June 22nd, 2012 by our friend

Cooking Steps

Combine all of the above indredients EXCEPT the dates, and blend with a hand held stick blender, blender or food processor. Then add the dates 2 at a time, blend more, and taste. Stop adding the dates when the mixture is sweet enough for you.

Separate the mixture into two serving bowls/glasses and chill for 30 min to 1 hour. Serve with a sprig of mint and some fresh strawberries.

If you don’t have or cannot find cacao nibs, then simply double the cacao powder quantity. And for a little variation on the flavour you can blend in some fresh mint to the mixture.
