Cooking Steps

1.Add everything to high speed blender or food processor.
2.Start on low speed, and blend or process until completely smooth, adding more water if necessary to blend.
3.Serve. On ANYTHING!

*Optional: Add some Jay Robb Vanilla Egg White Protein!

  • 10 fresh medjool dates
  • ½ cup unsweetened canned coconut milk
  • 2 TBS maple syrup, coconut nectar, or raw honey
  • 2 TBS water
  • ½ t fleur de sel (salt)

  1. Dates are exceptionally high in carbs!!!!! This is NOT Paleo.

  2. Of course you can have dates! Perhaps not if you’re trying to lose weight, but there is no reason why you couldn’t on Paleo.

  4. Woah there. Dates are totally paleo. Apples and yams are high in carbs and we can have them too. If you’re doing a low-carb version go ahead but no reason to get all up in arms that others aren’t. Recipe looks great by the way. Trying this later!
