Blend your almond milk with your sweetner of choice, vanilla, and add cacao powder if you are using. Pour into a bowl or jar.

STIR in Chia seeds, let sit 15 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Top with fresh fruit, cacao nibs, dried coconut, or chopped nuts!

  • 1 cup almond milk (or coconut, hemp, etc)
  • 1 to 2 medjool dates (or 1 TBS sweetner or drops of stevia)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • optional: 1.5 TBS raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • garnish with: berries, cacao nibs, dried coconut, chopped nuts
