Ground Beef and Cabbage
Quick, easy, and this one is a great testosterone booster for guys, both from the red meat and the cabbage from a little thing called Indole-3-carbinol. Economical and filling too!!
- Dice bell peppers and onion
- Slice cabbage into thin strips
- Mince garlic
- Start a large pan on med heat with olive oil
- Add all of the above, sautee for 3-5 minutes
- Add beef, cook until desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper as desired
