Cooking Steps

Quick, easy, and this one is a great testosterone booster for guys, both from the red meat and the cabbage from a little thing called Indole-3-carbinol. Economical and filling too!!

Recipe
- Dice bell peppers and onion
- Slice cabbage into thin strips
- Mince garlic
- Start a large pan on med heat with olive oil
- Add all of the above, sautee for 3-5 minutes
- Add beef, cook until desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper as desired

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 white cabbage
  • Olive oil

  1. It should be prepared in reverse: brown the meat first. When it’s cooked, remove from the pot and cook the veggies. This way they can deglaze the pot. Cook about five minutes and return the meat to the pot. Also, some more spice helps: penzey has some nice options with garlic powder, paprika, etc.
