Cooking Steps

Beat the spices and honey into the eggs. Fold in the nuts and mix until the nuts are all well coated.

Spray a cookie sheet (with a lip) with coconut oil.

Spread the nuts evenly on the pan. Drizzle all extra spice mixture over the nuts.

Cook for 1 hour and 20 minute at 250F. Toss nuts every 20 minutes.

Let cool completely, then break apart into small clusters.

  • 6 cups Nuts (Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans)
  • 1 Whole Egg plus 1 Egg White
  • 2/3 cup Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon each: Allspice, Ground Cloves, Salt
