Added on August 3rd, 2012 by our friend from http://www.thingsmybellylikes.com

Cooking Steps

Mix the oil, honey, garlic, red pepper and salt and pepper together. Pour half the mixture over the wings and stir until they are thoroughly coated. Let marinate for 2-3 hours.

Spread the wings over a lined or greased baking tray and place under the grill/boiler for 30 minutes until they go nice and crispy.

NB: Turn them frequently during the cooking and baste generously with the remaining liquid.

  1. These were super good. Baked them at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

  2. I modified the amount and used this on boneless, skinless chicken breasts. My family loved these bad boys and are already clamoring for them again!

  3. I also used chicken breasts as a sub – this recipe was a huge hit! Our toddlers even hobbled it up!

  4. I, too, used chicken breasts (3), and all I can say is that it was AWESOME! Made it with a side of sweet potato… good combo!!!

  5. I made these for a party I hosted. Everyone loved them! I can’t wait to make them again. Great idea to use it as a marinade for chicken breasts.

  6. Soo good!
