Italian Style Chuck Roast

Cooking Steps

Mix together all ingredients except for your roast and stir well
Cut your chuck roast into small pieces, I cut each one into three pieces and then place in the bottom of your crock-pot
Pour all of your sauce over your roast and cover
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 Hours
Serve and enjoy
Save the left over sauce and use it on your eggs, chicken, meatballs, spaghetti squash etc

Ingredients

  • 4 Lbs Beef Roast, I used Chuck
  • 32 Ounces Diced Tomatoes, Canned
  • 12 Ounces Organic Tomato Paste
  • 12 Ounches Tomato Sauce
  • 8 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 4 Carrots peeled and chopped
  • 3 Stalks celery chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano, 1 Tbsp Thyme, 2 Tsp Salt, 2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Bay Leaves
