Cooking Steps

Kale Chips, I dare you to eat just one.
These melt-in-your mouth veggie chips are strangely addicting.

1. Separate leaves from the stem and tear into bite-sized pieces.
2. Rinse and dry kale using a salad spinner.
3. Lay out on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.
4. Sprinkle with salt and seasonings.
5. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Bunch of Organic Kale
  • Misto Sprayer filled with Olive Oil or Olive Oil
  • Celtic Sea Salt
  • Seasoning of Your Choice, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Parmesan Cheese

  2. Very delicious! A little dry but would be excellent with “chipped” items.

  3. Used coconut oil instead. Don’t use to much oil! The first time I dipped in oil and took the time to shake off properly before putting onto pan – a little taste of heaven with garlic salt. Got lazy the second time and it basically sizzled in oil…. Not quite the same.
