Lemon Butter Brussel Sprouts

Cooking Steps

Melt the butter in a saucepan. When melted turn off the heat, stir in the garlic and lemon juice.
Trim the sprouts and cut a slit in them (this helps them cook faster). Pour over the lemony butter and sea salt then place on a baking tray and roast at 400 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve with lemon wedges.

  • 16oz brussel sprouts
  • 2 tbsps butter, melted
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsps lemon juice (about a lemon's worth)

  1. I double the recipe. I use 48 Brussels sprouts.
