Lemon Butter Chicken
Pre-heat the oven to 425. Arrange the chicken in a large glass baking sheet and set aside. In a small skillet melt the butter, then add the garlic and onion. Once the onion is translucent add the thyme, wine, and lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour the butter sauce over the chicken then salt and pepper as desired. Bake for 45 minutes and serve!
