Lemony Chocolate Coconut Truffles
Cooking Steps
- On a double boiler melt dark chocolate
- Add vanilla and lemon juice
- Add as much dessicated coconut as needed to make a solid dough (around 1/4 cup)
- Roll into balls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Another idea would be to replace the coconut with a chopped nut of choice, I made these with almonds and they almost tasted like the dark ferrero rocher
