Cooking Steps

Mix, and then microwave on high, I did it for about 1,5 min. while stirring it a few times, or stir over low heat until warm. Place in a container such as a ramekin and refrigerate for about an hour. Serve with blueberries for example, or unsweetened whip-cream.

  • 2 tbsp creme fraiche
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp erythritol or paleo sweetener of your choice

  1. This was delish but not sure I cooked it long enough. Recipe wasnt very specific and my cheesecake didn’t set very well. Am I supposed to continue heating until it starts to set and then chill?
