Cooking Steps

Add avocados, 1 and 1/2 cups of coconut milk, flax meal and raw coconut to blender and combine. Then add ice cubes, diced mango, remaining coconut milk, vanilla and honey and blend again.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups of pure coconut milk
  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 1 champagne mango, diced roughly
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon raw shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon of naturally sugar free vanilla extract
  • (optional) 1 teaspoon of organic wildflower honey
