Mashed Cauliflower (hint of basil)
1. Start boiling water.
2. Rinse cauliflower and cut into florets.
3. Add cauliflower to water and let boil until slightly tender. 10 – 15 minutes.
4. Remove cauliflower and add to food processor; garlic, basil, butter, chicken stock. Blend to your liked consistency. if you’re concerned your cauliflower will be to smooth add wet ingredients in parts, blend and add more until you achieve your desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to flavor.
