Naked Peach Cobbler
Cooking Steps
**if using canned coconut milk for the whipped topping be sure to refrigerate overnight***
1. Preheat oven to 375, strain juices from peaches
2. In a large bowl combine peaches, cinnamon, nutmeg, brandy (optional)
3. Pour peach mixture into glass Pyrex dish (9×13)
4. Top with another dusting of cinnamon and/or nutmeg if desired
5. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until bubbling and peaches darken slightly
6. Remove from oven to cool
7. Whip up your whipped cream either using coconut or heavy cream.
Serve up in bowls topped with a dollop of whipped cream! Delicious
