Nam Tok Beef Salad
Preheat broiler or grill:
~ Sprinkle the steak with salt & pepper, then grill for 4 minutes per side or until medium-rare.
~ Let steak sit for 10 minutes before cutting into strips.
~ Whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, shallots, jalapeno, & pepper.
***When steak is done add to dressing & let sit for a few minutes.
~ Add lettuce, cucumbers, mint, cilantro & onion to plate.
~ Top it with beef & drizzle some dressing on top.
This is one of my favorite dishes at a local Thai restaurant. I was so happy when I found the recipe online & was able to alter it to Paleo. ENJOY
