Nutty chocolate fudgey heaven
Grind up all of the nuts in a food processor or blender. In a medium skillet combine coconut oil, rice vinegar, and honey and bring to a boil. Allowed to boil about 1 to 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add in the chopped nuts. Stir again for another minute to coat the nuts. Add in the dark chocolate and the chocolate chips and stir until all of the chocolate is melted. If it is not sweet enough for you you may add another 1/4 cup of honey. Pour out onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and spread out , then refrigerate for an hour until it is firmly set and able to break apart.
