Oven Baked Chicken Thighs with Buttery Buffalo Sauce

Cooking Steps

1. Bake chicken thighs at 375 for 40 minutes.

2. In saucepan over medium heat, whisk together sauce ingredients until melted and well combined.

3. Before serving, brush baked thighs with sauce and serve remaining on the side for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Organic Chicken Thighs
  • 1/3 c. Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/3 c. Ghee or Organic Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce (NO HFCS!)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey (optional for added sweetness)

  2. No paprika?

  3. I made a breading from almond flour and spices, dredged it in egg, then breading and baked them. I poured this sauce on when they were cooked. Very delicious!
