Paleo Banana Loaf

Cooking Steps

Preheat oven to 180 degrees,
Mash 3 over ripe bananas and then add:
1 cup almond flour, 1 cup almond butter and 2 eggs together.

Add 1 tablespoon of Baking Soda & Baking Powder and honey for sweetness

Poor into a greased loaf tin/pan and bake in the oven.

Enjoy!!

  3. This temp is not right. 180?? I have this in the oven and it’s supposed to be done and it’s raw. Hope the rest of the recipe is correct. Ugh.

  8. I think 180 is Celsius, which would be 350*f.

  9. I tried this with coconut flour and coconut butter as I didn’t have any almond flour/butter left. The loaf was lovely and very moist however it left me feeling quite bloated – not sure why.! Still trying to get used to cooking with the different flours and oils on paleo. Will try with almond next time and see the difference. :-)
