This cereal is a crunchy yet squishy satisfying way to start your day. When I went paleo I just couldn’t give up my cereal but with this recipe I didn’t have to
Wash and quarter strawberries and add to bowl
Peal and slice banana and add to bowl
Wash desired amount of blueberries add to bowl
Throw in the walnuts and stevia
Pour in your favorite milk
Grab a spoon!
NOTE: On a cold day this recipe can be hot cereal! Just blend all ingredients (using a little less milk) put them in a microwave save bowl and heat them up. Add a few walnuts on top when they come out for that yummy crunch!

Sorry for the crooked picture, it was my first time posting a recipe

Any ideas for substituting the nuts… This sounds Delish but I have a but allergy :/
In reading the comments I wanted to comment on Traciemarie’s comment, I think she means nut allergy, not but allergy lol lol but I had to laugh.
This was my first Paleo breakfast. I just can’t do eggs everyday. This “cereal” was delicious! I used coconut almond milk and only heated it for one minute. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
I bet you could sub the walnuts with hulled sunflower seeds. Go Raw! has some great ones.
