Paleo Chocolat Chaud

Added on August 8th, 2012 by our friend

Cooking Steps

On your stop top, pour canned coconut milk in a saucepan.
Pour in an equal amount of water to coconut milk used.
(I used the 5.5 can coconut milk and fill the can with water and pour in the pan).

Heat up the coconut milk and water to a simmer. Add in vanilla, honey and cacao. Wisk together until no lumps. Taste – use more vanilla/honey/cacao to your preference.

Remove from heat once the drink reaches your preferred temperature – ENJOY!

  2. I make this a lot, but I use real maple syrup. To reduce the sugar, use half the sweetener and a few drops of stevia.

  3. Good!
(I added cinnamon, but it’s not necessary)
