Cooking Steps

-Shake coconut cream container well to incorporate fat
-Pour 3/4 quart coconut cream into mixing bowl
-Add honey and cocoa, whisk til thoroughly blended
-Run in ice cream maker for 45 minutes
-Achieve enlightement

  • 1/2 cup organic cocoa

  1. Im a little slow :( . Is “coconut cream” just the solid-ish part of a can of full fat coconut milk? Or something different? I ask because I’m literally having an ice cream emergency!! ;)

  3. Are they using canned, box- used in mixed drinks, or coconut cream a la tropical traditions?

  4. I used a can of coconut milk (that was all I had) and half cup of agave and half cup of dark cocoa powder. It.Is.Awesome! Soooo good. Not to sweet just like I like it. Mine came out more like ice cream rather than soft serve, but maybe that was the ice cream maker. Maybe next time I’ll add some brewed coffee or choc chips or even nuts. So easy and tasty!
