Paleo Cinnamon Cookies
Cooking Steps
1. Combine all ingredients (except 2 tbsp of cinnamon, leave that out for later) and mix well
2. Cover and refrigerate dough for 1 hour
3. Preheat oven to 350F
4. Roll dough into small balls and coat in cinnamon (the 2 tbsp you left out earlier)
5. Place cookies on a greased or parchment lined baking sheet and press down slightly to flatten them
6. Bake for 10 minutes

The cookies are baking now and look so very good. I’m just wondering if there is nutrition info (calories, in particular) on this recipe. Or any of your recipes for that matter!
Thanks!

I have plenty of almond meal. What can I do to substitute coconut flour?
Just made these and they are great!!
These are fantastic. I added 1/4 cup coconut crystals in addition to everything else. The husband loved them…which is usually the real test. I will def be making these again and again:-)
Made these tonight – yum! The taste is great. I think I will try sifting the almond meal next time to get a finer consistency.
Not bad at all! Just make sure to only do 10 min as the bottom burns easily.
Wow! Delicious! They turned out soft on the inside and chewy on the outside edges. Love em’, thanks for the great recipe!
SO yummy but whoops added too much Nutmeg!
Amazing! Thinner are better, soooo deliciously crunchy

I made these today and I will say they are AWESOME!! Not dry at all! I took them out at precisely 10 minutes and they were perfect.
