Paleo Coconut Almond Bread

Cooking Steps

how I made it:
1C coconut flour
1/2C almond flour
1/4C flax seed meal
1 1/2 tspn baking soda
1 tspn sea salt
5 eggs
2tblpsn coconut oil
2tblspn unweetened applesauce (its naturally sweet already)
1 tspn vanilla
1 large mashed banana
5 tblspn almond milk (I added until I got where I thought it was fine….also I use carageenan free almond milk, hence why I didnt use coconut milk since I cant find one without carageenan)
*optional to add honey as sweetener

combine dry ingredients
combine wet ingredients and add to dry
mix
preheat oven to 355F and bake for 35min

  4. I don’t know why mines came out dry? Should I add more almond milk or coconut oil next time?

  6. A regular loaf pan or you can use the smaller ones if you like for gift baskets
