Paleo “Cookie Dough”
Cooking Steps
In a small bowl, combine “wet” ingredients (coconut oil, almond butter, and vanilla). Add “dry” ingredients next (nibs, walnuts, sea salt and cinnamon) and mix well.
Eat with a spoon (or off of a mixer attachment if feeling particularly nostalgic.)

I love all the recipes but would like it if you could include the nutritional breakdown.
Totally agree with Jorge….need nutritional breakdown….want to try all the recipes but need the info.
YUMMY!!!!

Where might I find cacao nibs?
Do you think its ok to omit the coconut oil
I have an allergy but really want to make this
is there no sweetener? my favourite part about cookie dough is the sweetness, so is it possible to add honey or maple syrup?
Tried this when craving something sweet, cakey, and fast…helped curve my cake craving but wasn’t “cookie dough” consistency. I also added 2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup for sweetness. It was runny but still taste similar to cookie dough. I will definitely try this again and make some adjustments to create the “cookie dough” consistency.
Great idea!
I found it to be way to runny for me so I added almond flour( which will give it a little more of a rough cookie dough consistency) and a bit of palm sugar…perfect blend of salty sweet!!
I think the trick to making it not runny is to use coconut oil when it’s in it’s solid state too, much more of a dough consistency that way.
Booo…..all I got was a soupy mess.
Do not heat up your coconut oil! Next time I’ll try coconut butter, I imagine it would taste darn good. I used mini chocolate chips since I don’t usually have nibs around, so it needed no additional sweetener. Thanks for such an easy and quick treat, Tony!
