Cooking Steps

1.Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2.Add all ingredients, EXCEPT THE FRUIT, in a large bowl.
3.Mix well.
4.Spread out on a baking sheet (use parchment paper for easy clean up).
5.Bake for about 30-60 minutes, checking to make sure it doesnt burn.
6.When you pull it out of the oven, mix in dried fruit. Let sit and cool for awhile.
7.This is when it turned into a “brittle” a big sheet of granola sticky bar goodness!
8.Next day, threw it all in the food processor just for a few pulses to get “cereal”!!!
9.Eat it by the handful or with milk (Raw/Almond/Coconut) as cereal.
10.it’s INSANE!

  1. Will coconut oil work?

  2. AMAZINGLY good!! And as a bonus, super easy!! I’ve made it twice now. Substituted pecans for walnuts both times and used cranberries instead of raisins the second time (out of raisins). Crazy yummy.

  3. Made this but substituted coconut oil, and used broken up brazillian nuts and pecans instead if pumpkin seeds. Turne out amazing although I had to cook or an hour at 300. I definitely recommended adding pecans though. The pecans and walnuts melt in your mouth when finished
