Cooking Steps

Brown your meat with the onion in a large skillet over medium heat. If you have a lot of extra fat in the pan, pour some of it off. Then add in your veggies, (carrots work best), coconut milk, and seasoning. Turn the heat down to low, cover, and simmer until the veggies are tender, about 20 minutes.
