  2. Any calorie info is greatly appreciated!

  3. These sound great and just what I”m looking for. I am making a 1/2 recipe since I only had 1 yam. Thank goodness too because shredding a yam takes a lot of muscles :) I’ll need a food processor in the future! I’ll post back after they cool to report how I like them. Thanks!

  4. They are good! Plain and yummy and not too sweet. I think they would be great with some nuts and more pumpkin spice too, like a pumpkin pie bar.

  5. I added some walnuts, a little nutmeg, and a little ginger and they turned out great! Yum!

  6. These were awesome!!!! I used my Vitamix to mix it together….made it like baby food consistency. I was concerned about the flavor, whether it would be sweet enough, so I threw in a small handful of raisins. Totally unnecessary. These are GOOOD! And my kids love them too (they usually snub their noses at anything with sweet potatoes in them). Definitely a keeper!
