Paleo Snack

Added on June 22nd, 2011 by our friend

Cooking Steps

Bring some water to the boil
Chuck in your eggs whole and leave for 3-4 mins.
Meanwhile chop pak choy, rocket and herbs into bite-sized peices.
Throw some sunflower seeds into coconut oil and stir until slightly brown.
Bring off heat and add Soy sauce to taste, (will sizzle nicely) leave in pan to dry.

Take your eggs out and let them stand while you get your bowel and throw the greens in. Peel and chop hard boiled eggs. Add sesame seeds, olive oil and balsamic.

( I had a splash of tabasco for kick)
ENJOY!

  1. Eggs and bok choy? Never would’ve thought about it.

How about sriracha sauce instead of tabasco? Fits in with the Asian mix of flavors here pretty well!

  2. There is Paleo Soy Sauce? I have only ever seen it made with wheat or soy.
