Heya, heya, heya paleo pals o’ mine!!

Kristin and I through a lil paleo powwow yesterday to celebrate the launch of FastPaleo.com!!! Paleo potlucks can be a totally paleorrific way both to have some fun and to get awesome recipes ideas from your own paleo pals!! Here’s a quick run down of the menu, and some other pics and fund stuff!!
